To AZT Residents:

The Long Range Planning Committe is conducting another survey of residents to:
  1. obtain important demographic information to help your HOA management and the Board of Directors in their decision making process, and
  2. gather a "skill base" of our residents which would assist in identifying residents who might be willing to help with special projects. This information does not commit you as a volunteer.
Although this survey is voluntary, we truly encourage you to complete the information form. Please return it to the Community Center by Friday, April 23. The information that you are providing is designated for the use of the HOA management teams and will be handled with confidentiality and not released to community residents.
