We have exciting news. Your Association has decided to take advantage of a community website available through Rossmar & Graham. Accessing the website is easy! All you need is an internet connection and an email address on file with Rossmar & Graham, the Association Management company. |

On Friday, September 30, 2011, a mass communication email was sent out to each resident that had an email address on file with either AZTHOA or Rossmar & Graham. Included in this email was a personal registration code for each resident to register.
If you did not receive an email containing this information then we either do not have an email address for you, or the email address we have is not valid. If you wish to receive a copy of this mass communication, please notify the office via email to: m.pinsky@azthoa.com of your current email address and the new website introduction letter will be sent to you A.S.A.P. Once you have received your introduction letter and registration code, this website offers many services to residents including:
Community News;
Classified Ads - Create your own classified ads and download pictures from the comfort of your own home;
Board Meeting Minutes;
Association Documents;
Check your Assessment Account Balance and Payment History;
Update Emergency Contact Information and your Visitor Lists from your own computer - no need to go to the office to fill out forms;
You will be given the option to add yourself to the Community Directory when you update your phone numbers and e-mail addresses; and
the new website will have a Community Calendar.
All residents are encouraged to register for the new community website and take advantage of the services offered.
